WHY WORK WITH ME?
My main goal is for all my clients to hit their physical fitness training, nutrition and lifestyle goals in a healthy, positive and maintainable way.
I will not just tell you how to exercise and what to eat; I empathise, I motivate, and I respect every individual’s needs in order to create a bespoke programme that will maximise your potential.
Whether it is a short-term goal or a long-term health plan, I will aim to take every client’s needs beyond just physical fitness.
As part of building a healthier lifestyle, together we can track and establish good habits i.e. logging water intake and using self-help techniques such as meditation.
Do not worry if you have any medical conditions or underlying injuries that you feel could hinder your ability and enthusiasm to sustain training. I myself, have undergone numerous operations and endured a long road to recovery after a sporting injury. I had to constantly tweak my training plan in order to maintain a healthy body and can therefore empathise with my clients.
My passion has always been to help people who lack confidence or who feel unheard and misunderstood because of their underlying and sometimes invisible health issues.
I want every client to feel happy and healthy in their own skin, whilst overcoming personal obstacles to reach their goals.
12 WEEK PLAN
Why 12 weeks?
People need a focus and structure. They need to have goals and a realistic time frame to work towards.What will my 12 weeks programme offer?
When you sign up to the programme you will need to complete a comprehensive questionnaire which will help me identify your needs.
Using the information you have provided, I then create a bespoke training programme inclusive of one individual PT session a week which will be designed specifically you.
During the initial meeting, we will do a nutritional analysis in order to work out your daily calorie intake and macronutrient split. I can offer you nutritional advice that will compliment your physical training and we can discuss training days and rest days. We can then address any other queries you may have.
During your 12 week training programme I will encourage my clients to download ‘My Fitness Pal’ app in order to track their daily calorie intake. ‘My Fitness Pal’ will enable me to follow your progress and help me provide 24hr support.
Once you have signed up you will receive your training plan via email. My programmes will be provided to you through Google Drive which will allow us both to make instant updates, upload measurements and pictures etc.
Google Drive will store a copy of your training plan, nutritional advice, weekly check-in sheets and your original questionnaire.
I can also work with you through My Fitness Pal and Myzone (if you have one), or if there is an app you would prefer to use that allows me to track your progress I am more than happy to do so.
Throughout your 12 weeks plan I will provide 24/7 support. You can contact me through email throughout the day. We will have a daily check-in and once a week we can sit down together either in person or over skype to discuss your progress and to make changes to your programme if necessary.
As previously mentioned, I can track your progress through the apps which will give me up to date accurate information and allow me to provide constructive feedback.
Regular contact between you and I is hugely important as this joint accountability will help you reach your desired goal.
12 WEEK PLAN PRICES
There are two payment methods:
1) £140 per month x 3 instalments (saving you £20 a month)
2) £400 upfront for the 12 week programme (saving you £80 a month)
